Over the last 12 years, Andrew has added value to over 100 properties and developed over $75 million dollars of real estate. He holds a Massachusetts broker license and general contractors license to assist in his real estate projects.
Penny Investments is a real estate investment firm that specializes in condo conversions, new construction and rezoning of properties throughout Massachusetts. Based in Boston, Penny has over 12 years of experience providing value to distressed homeowners, contractors and investors. More recently, Penny Investments has been providing mentorship opportunities to new real estate investors looking to create wealth for their families.
Julian Hernandez
Owner, Common Grove Development
Julian is a lifelong Boston Area native, who professionally has been in the real estate industry since 2017 - primarily as loan officer at Fairway Mortgage in South Boston for the past 8 years and being involved with real estate development for the past 3 years. He takes pride in all the work that he does for his clients on the mortgage side and ensuring that they achieve home ownership and recently with development, has taken even more pride in creating beautiful homes for people to purchase and create long-lasting memories in.

She finds genuine joy in watching a vision evolve from paper to reality as materials and ideas align exactly as envisioned. By prioritizing a seamless process from first concept to last walkthrough, Kate ensures every project is executed with cohesion and ease. Her philosophy is simple: great design should feel like home the moment you step inside.
